How the CALL FOR vtenext App Works
The mobile app integrated with your CRM that transforms your sales call experience. Make direct calls to your leads, companies, and contacts with an intuitive mobile interface, while all information is automatically recorded in your vtenext CRM.
The app syncs with your CRM, automatically saving your call as a visit report and providing useful data to help you remember the exchanged information and create reports. Simplify and optimize your daily sales activities, ensuring easy access to crucial information and allowing you to focus on your key tasks without interruptions.
Download the app
Getting the app is easy! Search for "Call for vtenext" on your favorite store (or click on App Store or Google Play) and download it.
Login
The three pieces of information required to log in are:
The URL of your vtenext environment
Your username
Your password
The app's language adapts based on your phone's language settings.
Synchronization
Upon first login, the app syncs by retrieving all the leads, contacts, and companies you can access based on your role and visibility in the vtenext CRM.
List
View an alphabetically ordered list of all entities with at least one phone number. The icons next to the names indicate:
L - Lead
C - Contact
A - Company
Search
Click the search icon to look up names by first name, last name, or phone number.
Call
Once you've selected the person/company to call, simply click the green button with the phone icon next to the number you wish to call.
Save Call
After ending the call, a summary with the call duration will appear. You can add a description of the call and click Save.
Recent Calls
Use recent calls to quickly redial.
vtenext CRM
Access the Visit Report module to see a report named Call - Name of the person called. This is linked to the entity called, with the call date and in the visit notes section, the call duration, and the notes you added in the app description.
