# 3.5 How to import and export records

If authorised by admin, you will find two specific buttons for data Import/Export in the vtenext Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Vendors modules.

- Import data;
- How format CSV file before upload;
- Export data;
- Manage duplicate record within a module;
- Save import data Mapping.
