5.2.6 Other Settings of Messages Module

  • Layout: change the emails list layout

  • Filters: set up filter rules for automatic transfer of emails into folders

  • POP3: set up a secondary account in POP3 mode

Warning! Once a secondary account has been configured in POP3 mode, a copy of the secondary account emails will be created on the email server of the main account. The main account mailbox may therefore tend to run out of storage space.

Out of Office

From version 19.10 an automatic “Out of Office” notification can be set, in order to respond to emails informing the sender of your out of office status. Clicking on image-1653475214405.pngfrom the Messages module allows you to access this function, by means of the specific item of the same name. An additional window will open in which you can Enable or Disable this function and set the automatic replay message text.

Pause push notifications on Wilson

It is also possible to pause Wilson app push notifications when an 'Out of Office' interval is set. By activating the specific checkbox shown in the image, app notifications will no longer be delivered during the designated period.
