3. Recommended Operating System:

The recommended operating system for installing vtenext is Ubuntu 24.04 LTS 64-bit Server. On this system, the CRM installs out-of-the-box without the need for specific configurations, except for setting up the parameters in the php.ini file as indicated by the vtenext setup wizard.

4. Requirements for other Linux operating systems:

It is possible to install vtenext on other Linux operating systems; specifically, the following must be present:

• php 8.3
• mysql 8.0 (if you already have an existing database use utf8mb4 encoding and collation utf8mb4_general_ci)
