Creation of a new entity

The Outlook Plugin can create new vtenext entities directly from Outlook, using Webservice. In the CONNECT EMAIL screen, press CREATE NEW AND CONNECT button to create an object (Account, Contact), with original fields mantaining their mandatory nature. List values ​​are retrieved in real time from the plugin by querying vtenext.

The creation screen is setted up to contain all information needed to save the record and connect the email.

The illustrated example show how to generate a Support Ticket within vtenext, maintaining the relationship with the original email recived.
