3.1 Create entity

This action allows you to create entity records presentfor entities within the system (basicstandard or custom modules).

For each individual field, you can set a static or dynamic value (thusi.e., takenone derived from the entities involved in the process itself) can be set (Figure 1).

To select a dynamic value, the system provides thea “"Select Option”option" picklistpicklist, from which you can access the entity fields of the modules involved withinin the process can be accessed (Figure 2).

CAUTION:NOTE: For the “Picklist”"Picklist" and “User”"User" type fields, in order to use the “"Select Option”option" fieldfield, you must first select the “Other”"Other" item from the picklist item available on the left (Figure 3).

PLEASE NOTE: theThe system automatically performsapplies a filter based on the source field from which the “"Select Options”options" picklist is being consulted,accessed; consequentlyconsequently, it will only showdisplay fields whosewith a data type cancompatible be accepted bywith the source field.

If, forFor example, withinif you wanted to insert the “Connectedcontent to”of the text-type "Surname" field from the Leads module into the "Linked to" field of the Customer CareSupport form I wanted to enter the contents of the “Last Name” text type field of the Lead form,module, the system willwould not make that field available, this is becauseas it will only allowallows the selection of the columns offrom the “"Related to”to" type table field.fields. Also, again fromFurthermore, the "Create Entityentity" action,action wealso haveallows theus optionto of triggeringtrigger a re-directredirect to the newly created entity or to an entity involved in the process. (Figure 5)

Clicking on the “"New Entityentity Created”created" button will redirectredirects the user to the new record created induring this specific action.
Conversely, selecting the ID of one of the other entities involved in the process redirects the user to the record for that specific module.
