New module for the conversations.

The conversation module receive an important improvement. The new features added with the new version are the following:

  • Possibility to answer directlly to certain comments ( this function is available in most of the chats)
  • Possibility to attach file in the conversation (available also in Mobile APP)
  • Possibility to name a conversation and start a room or group.
  • Possibility to pin a conversation, the pinned conversation will be saved in the important conversation
  • Possibility to filter rapidly the conversations where is involve your own user.
  • Possibility to pin all the conversations, to stimulate an answer from the users

Better view on ticket comments

Comments view in the ticket module has been changed in a way to allow an easier use with a right disposition of the "back and forth" on the left part for the comments written by the customer and in the right part of screen for the comments written by the user. Lastly has been added the comment's number already present in the customer portal.

Document and sub-folder

Has been implemented the possibility to create a sub-folder in the module Document, in this way users can store files like in pc. Accessing in a folder of the module Documents it will be possible to create both a document and a folder. In the module head it will be avaialable the full path of the file  is currently being viewed.

Clicking on a folder ( in the examples has been choosen the Default folder)  we note that n its inside there is a sub-folder

Lastly, inside the subfolder there can be others files as well as others sub-folders witha possible infinite structure of folders and sub-folders.

New search engine

The new search engine allow to search in all modules of the crm.  Has been improved also the accessibility of the informations resulting from the applied research.

Improved settings

 

 

  1. Possibilità di variare le colonne delle relazioni presenti nel dettaglio di un record di tutti i moduli del crm (se ad esempio siamo in una scheda Azienda, possiamo modificare le colonne presenti in Contatti, Opportunità, Preventivi, Ordini di Vendita, ecc.);
  2. Possibilità di variare le colonne del Blocco Prodotti, presente nei moduli Preventivi, Ordini di Vendita, Ordini di Acquisto e Fatture. Tale configurazione, permette di variare il numero di colonne con campi personalizzati (come ad esempio, unità di misura, numeri per confezione, checkbox, campi descrizione o semplice testo, altri campi valuta o numerici, ecc.). Questo ci permette inoltre, per ogni nuovo campo creato, di gestire anche nuove formule, andando ben oltre il classico e comunque presente, PxQ (Prezzo per Quantità);
  3. La nuova Colorazione Vista per Lista, permette di colorare le liste in base a dei valori, come già lo conosciamo, in più ci permette di scegliere lo stile con cui colorare le righe, ovvero: colorazione dell'intera riga, blocchetto colorato a sinistra, oppure una linea sottile nella parte bassa di ogni record. Infine è possibile regolare anche l'intensità del colore, grazie ad uno slider che ne gestisce il valore in percentuale;
  4. E' stata introdottaimplementata la possibilità di riorganizzareconfigurare iautonomamente, campilato interfaccia, un servizio di SMTP esclusivo per l'invio delle Newsletter. Inoltre, è possibile settare un modulo,indirizzo agendospecifico comeper diil consuetobounce dalleback Impostazionimail.

Has been implmented the possibility to 

  1. Possibility to modify relation columns present  in a record detail of all modules. ( Example: if we are located in a record of the module Accounts we can change columns present in contacts, Potentials, Quotations, Sales order, etc.);
  2. Possibility to change colomuns of the products block, present in the module Quotations, Sales orders, Purchase order and Invoice. This configuration allows to extend and decrease the number of columns with custom fileds ( Example: unit of measurement, count per package, checkbox, description fields or text fields, currency fields or number fields etc.).
    In addition with each created  fields is possible to manage formula for its valorization going beyoind the classic and of course still present PxQ ( Price multiplied quantity);
  3. The new color scheme applied to view list, allows to color each list based on values, as we already now, moreover is possible to select a style through each color the rows, in details: we can color all the row, we can color a small part on the left, or just a fine line in the bottom of the record. Lastly is possible to adjust the color intensity, thanks to a slider that manage the percentage value;
  4. Has been introduced the possibility to reorganize the fields of each module, accessing to Settings > GestoreModule Moduli,Settings, conwith una semplicesimple drag & drop (per.  trascinamento).In Conthe losame stessomanner metodois èpossible possibileto spostaremove una campofileds siainside all'internothe delloblock stessoor bloccobetween chedifferent trablocks blocchiof differentithe dellosame stesso modulo.module.
  5. E' stata implementata la possibilità di configurare autonomamente, lato interfaccia, un servizio di SMTP esclusivo per l'invio delle Newsletter. Inoltre, è possibile settare un indirizzo specifico per il bounce back mail.

2. Dal Gestore Moduli > Preventivi, Ordini di Vendita, Ordini di Acquisto e Fatture, è inoltre possibile variare anche le colonne presenti nel blocco Prodotti, potendo configurare sia il contenuto che la larghezza della colonna. Infine si possono integrare ulteriori formule personalizzate.

5. Possibilità di configurare separatamente un servizio SMTP per l'invio delle Newsletter. E' inoltre possibile impostare un indirizzo email per il bounce back.

Eliminazione della cartella My Files (Homepage)

La cartella My Files presente in Homepage (attivabile dalle preferenze utente fino alla versione precedente di vtenext), è stata eliminata. Tutti i file ivi presenti, vengono spostati nei Documenti, in una cartella denominata My Private Files per effetto dell'aggiornamento.
